Hi, I'm Katie.
After more than a decade in early childhood education, I've experienced preschool enrollment from nearly every angle — as an educator, director, enrollment professional and mom.
I kept seeing the same problem: families were searching for care while wonderful schools had open seats. Rooted & Kind Co. was created to bridge that gap.
We make sure inquiries are answered, prospective families feel cared for, waitlists stay engaged and enrollment opportunities don't quietly slip through the cracks.
